Cheese Cake - only one crack
Ok...This was the third cheese cake I've baked and I still got a crack in the middle. I just can't figure out why I couldn't bake a perfect pretty cheese cake, but it still taste good so I guess I am happy with that.

Carrot cake with Lemon Frosting
I used the Betty Croker Carrot cake mix to bake two 8"x2" cakes then I leave them out to cool down for couple hours. Then, I spread the special Lemon Frosting to the cake (both layers), next I colored the frosting to lime green to write "Happy Birthday" - This was my first time to try out the cake deecorating, it was fun and interesting....I know my co-workers can't wait to taste it. Oh, by the way, I made this cake for my co-worker! Happy Baking!

Lemon Frosting Cake
Ok....I have to confess that the look of my cake is ugly. Because I didn't use right tool and I didn't make enough frosting to put on the cake. This was my first time making frosting and it taste pretty good.
